If there was a past treatment the patient tried that was ineffective, we need to know so we can begin an alternative treatment. We will take all the factors of the patient’s health into account before we begin treatment. We will also provide patient's with follow-up care to help ensure a healthy recovery.


We do our best to accurately estimate your copay with the insurance information you provide. However, there are times when your insurance does not pay exactly what has been estimated. Any remaining balance after your insurance pays is your responsibility. We appreciate your prompt remittance.
